*2017 Summer Season Registration Closes May 15*
If you live outside of the community of Chartwell, and you are interested in joining SASTC, there is a waiting list to join. Click on the “Membership Info” tab above and look for the “Waiting List” button. Now would be a good time to get on that list.
Returning members may simply click on the button below to renew your membership. Also, please be advised: It is very important that all information in the registration form is accurate and complete. If not, your membership registration may be rejected or revoked. This is especially important as it relates to a home address, phone number and members of your household. Only immediate family members (children 25/under and spouse) or LIVE-IN relatives such as an in-law/grandparent/aunt or uncle are allowed to be listed on the registration form. Extended-stay guests such as visiting relatives and midshipmen are not allowed as family members. Babysitters and au pairs/nannies are permitted but need to be identified and paid for as such. Any questions regarding eligibility should be directed to
Reminder: the tennis court parking lot on Kinder Road is for SASTC members only and you will be towed if you park there without a permit, even during the off-season. SASTC members may pick up parking permit stickers from the attending gate guard at the pool’s main entrance when the new season begins.
